these terms apply when you use befit meal delivery services. by placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

BeFit provides meal delivery services across the United Kingdom. we prepare fresh, portioned meals designed to support your health and fitness goals. our service includes weekly meal plans, nutrition consultation, and home delivery.

All meals are prepared in our certified kitchen facilities following food safety standards. we work with qualified nutritionists and trainers to create balanced meal plans that support different fitness goals including weight loss, muscle gain, and weight maintenance.

Orders and Payment

Orders can be placed through our website or by phone. we require a confirmation call before processing your first order to discuss your dietary requirements and delivery preferences.

Payment is collected upon delivery. we accept cash, card payments via portable terminal, and contactless payments. no upfront payment is required when placing your order.

All prices include VAT and are displayed in British pounds. delivery charges may apply depending on your location. free delivery is available within the M25 zone.

Delivery Terms

we deliver to most areas across the UK monday through friday. delivery times are typically between 10am and 6pm. we'll provide a 2-hour delivery window the day before your scheduled delivery.

someone aged 18 or over must be available to receive the delivery and make payment. if nobody is available, we'll attempt redelivery the next business day. additional charges may apply for failed deliveries.

all meals are packed with ice packs and will stay fresh for up to 4 hours after delivery if stored properly.

Subscription Management

our meal plans operate on a weekly subscription basis. you can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription by calling our customer service team at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.

subscription changes made with less than 48 hours notice may not take effect until the following week. we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute changes when possible.

there are no cancellation fees or minimum subscription periods. you're free to stop your subscription at any time.

Food Safety and Allergies

please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions during your consultation call. while we take allergies seriously, our kitchen handles various ingredients and we cannot guarantee complete allergen-free environments.

if you have severe allergies, please consult with your doctor before starting our meal plans. customers with serious allergies use our service at their own risk.

all meals should be consumed by the use-by date printed on the packaging. store meals in the refrigerator at 5°C or below immediately upon delivery.

Refunds and Complaints

if you're not satisfied with a meal, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. we'll investigate your complaint and offer a replacement meal or credit to your account.

refunds are only provided for confirmed quality issues or if we fail to deliver as scheduled. refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

we're not responsible for meals that spoil due to improper storage or if delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

our meal plans are designed to support healthy eating but are not medical treatments. individual results may vary and we make no guarantees about weight loss or health improvements.

consult your doctor before starting any new nutrition program, especially if you have health conditions. we're not liable for any health issues that may arise from following our meal plans.

our total liability is limited to the value of the meals delivered in any single order. we're not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
